Explore a unique blend of creativity and self-reflection in our "Mud & Mental Health" workshop. This two-day experience offers a supportive space to engage with ceramic hand-building as a gentle way to externalize and process negative self-talk, fostering self-compassion.

Over the course of two days (Saturday and Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm each day), you'll be guided through the process of creating a personal ceramic "Self-Talk" vessel. This tangible creation can serve as a tool for acknowledging and releasing negative thoughts.

What to Expect:

• Two 4-hour sessions focused on ceramic hand-building techniques and gentle mental health exercises.
• Guidance in creating your own unique "Self-Talk" vessel.
• Opportunities for reflection and exploring the nature of negative self-talk.
• All necessary materials for ceramic creation will be provided.

This workshop is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of prior art experience. We aim to create a calm and encouraging environment for personal exploration.
