Volunteer for the 2024 Festival of Trees

Registration

• A- Monday 11/18, Set up trees, 2 - 4:30 pm
  Unpack trees from the truck and set them up on tree stands.
  We need four volunteers.
• B- Thursday Afternoon, 11/21, Sweep and set up trees, noon - 3:00pm
  Thursday afternoon to sweep, water trees and any help with set up
• C- Friday, 11/22, Prepare for Friday night party
  for clean-up and loading of items that need to be gotten out of the way for the Friday night party
• D- Saturday 11/23, Ticket Sales
  Assist Rick Hemenway with selling tickets at entry table..
• E- Saturday 11/23, Sweet Shop Booth, 11:45am - 2pm
  We need 3 volunteers
• F- Saturday 11/23, Face Painting, 11:45 am - 2 pm
• G- Saturday 11/23, Face Painting, 1:45 am - 4 pm
  We need three volunteers.
• H- Saturday 11/23, Sweet Shop Booth, 1:45pm - 4pm
  We need 3 volunteers
• I- Sunday 11/24, Face Painting, 1:45 am - 4 pm
  We need three volunteers.
• J- Sunday 11/24, Face Painting, 11:45 am - 2 pm
• K- Sunday 11/24, Ticket Sales
